Active Cool provides air conditioning servicing, repair, installation, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.
3. Service Requests & Quotes
- All service requests must be submitted via our enquiry form, phone, or email.
- We will provide a quote based on the information provided. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- Any additional work discovered during the service may require a revised quote, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
4. Payments & Fees
- Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
- All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- For AMC plans, payment is due in advance for the contract period.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for prepaid services are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. Please refer to our Cookies Policy (for refund handling, though we have a separate refund policy; we'll link to cookies as placeholder) – actually we don't have a refund policy page, but we'll link to contact.
- For any refund requests, please contact us directly.
6. Liability
- Active Cool is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We do not warrant that our services will be error‑free or uninterrupted, but we strive to provide the highest quality workmanship.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Active Cool and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
